At House of Thansha, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
To initiate a return, please email us at houseofthansha@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for the following cases:

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered

Customized, pre-stitched, or tailored sarees

Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
As colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, returns will not be accepted if the product is disliked in terms of colour, fabric, or personal preference.
We make every effort to accurately represent the saree through detailed images, videos, and descriptions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Important Notes
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected. House of Thansha reserves the right to deny a refund if the product does not comply with our return policy.
